Pay Rates
Define custom hourly rates for each employer and shift type. These are used to calculate your gross pay in Shifts and Pay Analysis.
How rates are applied: Each shift's minutes are split into day, night, Saturday, Sunday, and holiday periods. The matching rate is used for each period.
You can customise the day/night boundary times and holiday region for each employer under Customize Pay Rules — works for NHS, HSC, private care, or international.
