Work Profile

Choose how you work. This controls which menus and labels you see across the app (Shifts vs Work Log, Templates, Training, etc).

Derive my profile from the employer pay rates I have set up.

Employer Pay Rates

Manage your employers and their pay rates. Add multiple agencies or employers and select which one to use for payslip analysis.

Notifications

Enable notifications so shift and event alarms fire even when the app is in the background.

Notifications are blocked. To fix this:

  1. Open Android Settings → Apps → WorkLife
  2. Tap Notifications and enable them
  3. Return here and tap "Refresh Status"
Background Alarms

For alarms to work reliably, allow WorkLife to run in the background.

⚡ Quick setup (Android)

Go to Settings → Apps → WorkLife → Battery and select "Unrestricted".

When done, press Home instead of swiping the app away.

Pay Cycle

Shift Templates

Create and manage reusable shift templates. When adding a new shift, you can pick a template to pre-fill the details instantly.

Currency

Choose the currency used across your earnings, pay rates, and shift amounts.

Time Zone

Your time zone ensures alarms and schedules fire at the correct local time.

Danger Zone

Permanently delete your account and all associated data including diary entries, activities, and shifts. This cannot be undone.
